Still no Call from Finance department

<p>Its been another promise that has been broken by DSTV (MultiChoice). Everytime I complain somebody calls me to tell me the same story 3 poeple before them have told, "There is nothing I can do, I am going to get our finance team to contact you" but nobody from finance ever does. I am starting to doubt if they even have a finance department. All I want is for someone from the DSTV finance department to contact me and resolve the mess they created. is that too much to ask for?? if you are not from the finance department and if you cant resolve this issue of unpaid debit orders please dont call me, just go to your finance team and get them to call me.</p>
