still no assistance with my ***** case

So I had complained in June about the installer taking my money and not settling my account , its been 4 months now and still I have received no feedback I had to pay R2550 because of them not assisting I was promised in August that my case will be resolved and that my account will be credited till today nothing I have been making numerous calls daily and no one is able to assist me its been 4 months now and nothing has been done today my services was disconnected again as they have still not credited my account , I have had enough of the pathetic services I have received and DSTV does not care about their clients , I call every week like a fool to get this resolved and get **** to but yet they quick to disconnect services but they at fault , I will complain on hello peter daily till my services has been connected and my account credited
