still haven't heard from them

I wrote a complain days ago about them regarding them removing channels and without even informing us users ,they sent an email saying they would but they could contact me telling of my payment due in a few days...MultiChoice doesn't care of what we want,I took out this package for that channel specifically and now its gone with no care in the world for what we want they all about money
