Still fighting... After my last Hello Peter review and the separate call logged on my Facebook profile. Still no callback. You guys are ****mers.. Herewith a breakdown of all the monies I paid over to DSTV and still no one can give me my refund so expect my cancellation but the COB this weekend. I paid R 1200.00, R 803.45, R 822.05, R 350.00, R 140.00 and still nothing... no answer from the friendly yet very daft call centre staff. You have over charged me for my premuim subscribing for 4 months (with the last amount due at R 1300.00) instead of the R 998 (or something to that effect). listen to me instead of referring to statement that neither your call centre staff or finance understands. i was overcharged for several months and this is the main reason i downgraded my package and still nothing has changed. NO one will listen. play me back what is owed to me and cancel my subscription.
