Still disappointed by DStv poor service

Morning, @Dstv Hello Peter team kindly advice what time frame is as soon as possible. I have requesting assistance for months now, however, all I get is your acknowledgement of receipt of the complain, but no solutions. As a business please provide solutions not promises Please advise how & when in respect of your ASAP notion will I be assistance.
