Still disabling my account
So after multichoice admitting it is their mistake for double debiting my account and promising high and low to sort out the problem and to call me back, guess what? My account keeps being disabled every 2nd or 3rd day. And then I have to at my expense phone the call centre, act like a damn parrot repeating the entire experience again and listening to how sorry they are for the mistake, then reconnecting my account. And a few days later, like today, I have to phone in again cause my account is once again disabled. Seriously, is your billing department a circus being run by the clowns? Is this the way your company treats it's customers? Having a long history of working in the client service environment myself I must say, your service to your customers is pathetic
