Still being disconnected weekly charged a re connection fee and promised that this issue will be resolved and it is still the same
Further updated to constant disconnection Got a call on Friday evening apologising for the issue because basically they had a system issue in August and all member who have automatic debit orders payments was not deducted. Since then they were taking off numerous amounts from my account without any permission which is basically *****ing. Then I was told they rectify the issue with system disconnecting me and that I will not be experiencing this ever again!Quess what I have just been disconnected again then another connection fee amount will be deducted off my account as I totally lost ! Is there an ombudsman that can assist

21 Oct 2019, 11:11Received a call from price lock and they explained that due to their system cliche my account is saying I am in arrears and therefore I am being double debited disconnected and being charged reissue fees. So please explain to me why I am in this situation because their system had an issue ... No correspondence has been sent out about from Multi choice it has been 3 months now when is this matter being resolved.

Now please see the justice in this situation August they had a system cliche now builtin sent about this now 3 months later I been disconnected every week charged re connection fees and now they are demanded money. So who is wrong here all the other amounts that I was billed for Since then what happens to that ? Now I am being made to feel like I am the one that is the problem???? Really is this what your service levels is like no apology nothing !!
