Still batting to get satisfaction from dstv

On Thursday the 11th april I app**** for a price lock contract,I was told that this includes the decoder the dish and the twin Allen b, and installation in the pagage of R899,on the 17th I recieved the decoder via a courier we are still waiting for the people to come and do the instalation of the dish .I phone in on Saturday and was told that I was responsible for my own dish and the instalation fees ,it was not been included in the price package, so now I want to know why I was told everything was included in my package. If I dont get any satisfaction I will take this further.as I'm in possession of the persons name please do get back to me on ********** 192.Marie
