STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK

<p>From the 19th I am still awaiting feedback regarding my Box Office account. The only reply given on two occasions is as follows "We acknowledge receiving your enquiry.Feedback will be communicated as soon as possible". How long is this "soon as possible" going to take. I rep**** to Rupert Paulsen email & followed it up with no reply from him. The service you provide is just ****ING RIDICULES. This is now the third time I am following up and the same old bull**** reply is given everytime.</p>
