Still awaiting change of ownership on DSTV decoder

On the 20st August 2015, I submitted all the forms required by DSTV to change ownership of a decoder from my brothers name to my name. I received an email stating that they have received the forms and the change of ownership is in progress. Case number: ***. I phoned on the 21st August 2015 and was informed that it can take up to 3 working days for the change of ownership. I then phoned on the 24th August 2015 and was then informed it will take up to a month for the change of ownership. By now I was frustrated and gave it 2 more days for them to sort it out. I phoned again on 26th August 2015 and they told me that it takes 3 days for the change of ownership and then was informed that they have no record of the case number I have. Please can you inform me on when this change of ownership will take place as I would like to have my Dual view activated by the latest tomorrow night. Thank you
