*****sters taking my money. Cancel my *****ulent Netflix and refund me.

*****ing my money with **** Netflix account !! For more than 6monthds I’ve been paying almost 1000 every month for my Dstv and Netflix I can’t seem to understand. I’ve called Netflix and they don’t have any details belonging to me. My tv is a smart tv so Netflix is already there and separate from my dstv. And it’s even suspended. I’ve complained and complained no help. They said at Dstv that they will remove it but every month they include it. This month I decided not to pay the premium and I now owe over 1300 what ***** is this: I want to pay now my normal premiums but with all this money I feel *****ed. Can someone please help me I’ve been complaining every month now. I don’t know where to cry any more.
