DStv provide the worse service ever, every week our subscription is suspended and we are charged for reconnecting whereas we paid but you claim that you didn't receive any payment for the month of July and you asked for proof of payment which we provided even back statements but no one has called us or keep us updated with how far the case is and just because it's black people complaining when we call all the times our calls are rejected but yet you expect us to still support this *******. Please someone call with a better explanation of how are we owing double the amount of which we paid for the month of July? You take our money from our accounts and claim that you are not getting any payment meaning you are *****ing from us and expecting us to do miracles to pay for your stupid services? Also train your rude consultants how to deal with people. If you promise to call them call cause we can't be calling every week for the same thing here
