After been a client for more than 20 years never skipped payments never missed payments, I moved my insurance over to DSTV and they load the policy on the wrong decoders, paying for 2 decoders on extra view R 70 per month only one decoder is covered and it is the wrong decoder not even working. After more than 6 phone calls and 4 e mails. This insurance does not mean any thing if when the hdmi port is blown. It was not worth the 4 hours trying to get it resolved just took the loss on and moved on.

09 Sept 2021, 15:00There is no reply from MultiChoice and every time you phone them they charge a access fee to your account off 24.50 the more you phone to sort out there incompetence's they charge you a fee off R24.50 so on one day they can invoice your account for you to pay them R129.50 to clear one error code from them that was only for the 8 September 2021. On the 1 August the charged me R 101.61 to access fee to sort out error on Multichoice side.
