Dstv marketing team and call are such *****.. They had a promotion where you upgrade and the ffg month you'll be upgraded for free.. What a lie,I was still charged the full premium and even calling the call center to make sure,they assured me I won't be charged.. Now the come with all the excuses in the world. Nosipho mbatha put me on hold for 26minutes only to hang up the phone on me without getting back to me. They are a bunch of ******* and *****,hope you'll burn in hell..!!!

11 Nov 2019, 17:08I was contacted by multichoice.. they just apologized being lying and giving false information.. but I'm the one who it costs a whole lot of money.. these people are ******* and dont feel ashamed,they are proud of it..
