Steeling our money on our box office account
Good day

We rent movies on our box office account allot. And we still had R57 left for one more Movie before we top up again. When we wanted to rent a movie, we got a message for insufficient funds! We then logged onto our box office account on the internet and it showed that we have a balance of -R3!!!!

We have sent numerous complaint emails to DSVT and their survey after a long telephone conversation with someone at DSTV and they could not help us. My husband even went into the Multichoice branch to try and sort this out. It has now been weeks and our balance still reflect -R3!!! I don't even know how we can have a minus R3 if a movie cost R30 on the dot!!!

No one seem to help us with our query and we are now tired of struggling with service from them.

Some assistance in this matter will be much appreciated.

Regards
Jamie Strydom
As per our telephonic conversation we checked your box office account and noticed that the movie you rented on the 4th & 6th failed. Your account has been credited with the amount of R60.00 for the movies you could not viewed.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
