*****ing Pensioners Money
<p>Since around 2000 my Parents have been watching RAI channel which is the only italian channel. When they replaced their decoder a few weeks ago that channel was only available on another package which now costs R460 a month where they used to pay around R30 a month. DSTV told them pensioner rates are only available in old age homes and they cannot help because of ***** and theft( Oh the Irony). Theyre only interested in that one channel and are forced to pay R460 for channels they dont want. They cannot afford it on their pension.I am now paying for them as i know it gives them great pleasure. But DStv should feel ashamed. </p>

You just send automated responses. So I guess your solution is that they move to a retirement home. Stop repeating yourselves and find a real solution like charging them for the one channel theyre interested in and not a whole package. Its a money making scheme.
