*****ing my money

i got dstv in dec 2016 i did a payment for 1 year R1089 for dstv access i paid for the 1 year get 1 month free R99pm in feb we decided to move over to dstv family R219 i called the call center and they advised me that i would have to paid the extra amount R1450 i paid the extra amount . later i got a message that i must pay a extra R82 i paid . today i find out that i must pay that i owe dstv R1899 (i already paid dstv R2620) they say i am now on a month to month package . they can not get the calls from there workers . i must go to randburg - i live in boksburg there representative placed me on that package , said it was possible . i want to apply for dstv explora, i can not because i am in bad credit with dstv but i should be paid up till feb 2018 .
