20 minutes on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent 20 minutes on the phone and had to put down because I ran out of airtime. I pay around R200 month on box office that comes off with my installment. I am on Price lock of R950.00 yet every month my box office amount comes off which is no problem. Suddenly I want to rent on box office and I get told I owe R420. Out of the blue. Just like that. No I dont!!!! So now after speaking to the consultant it seems like I am in credit of 200 and something rand but I still owe an additional 200 and something rand. NO I DO NOT!!!!! Each rental comes off my account every single month. You cannot suddenly add an amount on my box office. I want this amount removed and proof that I owe this amount considering I pay at least R200 a month for box office. Sort this out immediately and get someone to phone me with a resolution. I also want a statement and list of rentals sent to me on email. DSTV this is unacceptable. Sort it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
