*****ing money that isnt yours

So I took out a black Friday deal with DSTV on the 15th December 2021, after numerous issues eventually everything was sorted out.

The deal included installation, DSTV compact subscription, Access fee and an Explorer Ultra Decoder all for R499.

Yesterday a debit order of R514 was taken from my account, it is only R15 more, however it is my R15 and not yours, you have no right to deduct more than agreed, I require the call recording for my contract taken up on the 15th December 2021 and also I need my account credited with the R15 you took as well as my monthly instalment to be corrected as this should not have happened and should not happen again in future
