*****ing money, double payments a month!!!!!!
I'm about to hand you over for theft. This is the worst service I have ever dealt woth. I'm paying my subscription fee cash and you still take a debit order for R900. So I'm paying double, which is ridiculous. I have phoned customer care 4times and all 4 consultants became aware of the situation and realizing whats going on and then everytime i get put on hold. I'm taking action because this is theft. If this matter is not resolved within a week you will be hearing from my lawyer.

I received a statement for January 2018 then May 2018 then again statements for Mr Ernest Ferreira. Someone is playing the fool or they just being thick headed to ignore my actual request
