*****ing from the vulnerable peoples Remote control

I would like to draw to you attention the shenanigans happening at Multichoice DSTV Jabulani Mall Soweto by their workers. I am writing this grievance on behalf of my wife who went to Jabulani Mall Soweto Multichoice DSTV center to exchange our Explora Decoder but they only issued her a new Decoder without a remote control the person who was assisting her said that they will call her back to come fetch the remote control but till today. I wrote a complain to Multichoice DSTV center and I was called by a lady by the name of Ms Nombu who said that the insurance company is not replacing remote control but only Decoder. I asked her to check if some of their workers are not *****ing the remote controls from our vulnerable peoples to sell them .She said I must go back to Multichoice DSTV center in Jabulani Mall or Maponya Mall I told her about the abuse and arrogance of their workers in those center. I suggested that she must escalate the matter since she could not be helpful and she is powerless to solve our problems and she suggested that I should buy a remote control from my own pockets. I trust that my concern will be taken into consideration by arrogant Multichoice DSTV center workers or their supervisors.Iam asking for the replacement for my Explora Decoder remote control because when they install they issue us with remote control they don't install Decoder without remote control. I think you are not going to complain about *******ion in the government institutions forgetting that private companies are fleecing our hard earned money and *****ing from our vulnerable peoples
