Please explain why money disappears from the box office account for no reason and reappears only when you try contact Box Office. The money miraculously reappears after 15 messages to your customer care, 21 days after the transfer was made. No explanation is given, would you have kept the money? It was barely enough for 2 lunches, brilliant idea though, maybe you should all get into politics?
