***** my money

I am not a subscriber to showmax or netflex. Yet ever month my account is debited with either showmax or netflex fee of R199.00 I have queried and complained about this on various occasions, without much luck. It is an unauthorized debit. The accounts department are rude and click their touge at you I am sick of this treatment.
