Stay away from dstv, they have zero accountability

Over a month I've been complaining here about dstv delivering 6 wifi routers to my home instead of 1, Monday they sent courier to collect the routers. Instead of fixing my bill now my bill is even higher imagine paying R2000+ whilst on compact package. I've been calling their billing department they keep me on hold for about 45minutes with no help. I finally got hold of some guy named sibusiso who says he is one of the managers who told me I must go to randburg to get this fixed. Imagine I'm in Springs now I'm the one who suppose to do the run around for a fault that was done by dstv. I want my bill fixed and whoever is going to contact me must be supervisor or manager who knows customer service and their job. I've given them the track number to remove routers instead they add more charges to my bill .
