Stay away from Dstv Multichoice.
Please note Multichoice is the biggest bunch of *******, you could find. At the end of November my Dstv price lock came to and end. So I phoned to cancel my DStv as I now have fibre. Only to discover that dstv has now put me on different price plan with out my consultation and have still kept the debit order in place. Having got no where over the phone I went to the walking centre in Randburg. I was told they had cancelled my services but that it had been to late to cancel the debit order run. I was advised that once the debit order comes off my bank account, I can re contact multichoice and they will begin process for reversal back into my account. Needless to say this was begging of December and it now the middle of February no money received as yet. I sent another email on the 11 February as I don't get any communication from multichoice. Around 3pm Matshidiso phones me and we determine that my now cancelled dstv account form Decemeber I sitting with a credit of R900 odd rand. She said she would email finance to get this transferred into my bank account and was told it should reflect by today given that I'm with different bank to them. Yet no money reflecting today. I sent another follow up email today and eventually I was called by by Matshidiso and told that not all who had to approve had done so. Very angry and frustrated ex dstv customer.
