Stay away from DSTV!!! All they care about is money but still don't deliver!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I'm absolutely appalled by the way we've been treated by DSTV as a paying customer. I paid mu dstv using an EFT system like I usually do on a monthly basis, I've been with DSTV for months and not even once have i had a problem with the account which I've been using to pay my account. I got disconnected from watching dstv on three days later after I've paid. I spoke to 5 different agents who asked for my proof of payment of which I've submitted and on every occasion they kept on reconnecting my dstv only for it to disconnect again because they did not escalate the matter to the relevant people! All they do is promise but never fulfill their promises. They are nothing but a bunch of *********** people and I'm gonna name and shame each and every single one of your agents. I spoke to the following people who did not give a damn about me cause they would promise to allocate my payment only for them to not end up doing so 1. Thobile Mbhele 2. If you still love your self and your peace of mind stay away from dstv. Rather stick to the streaming shows like Netflix and Disney plus
