statements/invoice not able to be provided

I need to complete my personal income tax return and one of the items I am needing to submit to SARS is proof of invoicing by DSTV for 1 March 2014 - 28 Feb 2015. No invoices were supp**** to me by dstv for this period. I called the customer care line and requested these invoices be supp**** to me 6 weeks ago but due to the system upgrade I am told numerously, that it is not possible. I need to have these invoices provided. These historical invoices are not available on my profile. This is unacceptable. there must be some solution as I cannot tell SARS this is not possible and I do not want my tax return to be late as a result of DSTV's system upgrade!!
