Statement not aligned
Unexplainable costs and charges on Dstv account. The consultants cannot also read and explain the charges. The one consultant cannot pick up the payments when the other can see it. Please Get your systems aligned. PVR costs added on when we did not authorize. Unbelievable service dstv........Unbelievable........
