Thank you Thando for making what seemed like the impossible...POSSIBLE.For the last 2 days no one has been able to assist with my query or a solution to the DSTV EXPLORA via DPP.you certainly found a quick solution and explained the CORRECT PROCESS,you have been patient when dealing with my queries irrespective of my frustration!Your turn around time has been amazing in sorting out all these little issues that turned into a huge disaster!Your company needs more staff with your dedication and excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE attitude!Thank you :)
