Staff with no knowledge

This must be one of the worst service received EVER!!! Called this morning around 9am and spoke to a lady named Andisiwe Horner. Had two queries for her which I needed sorted out but in the end couldn’t assist me as it resulted in her hanging up on me whilst saying she will put me on hold to confirm something with her supervisor. I waited a while hoping she would call back but never did. I then called again and spoke to Gundo Nemutanzhela which a call took over an hour and my issue not being sorted out as I had to continuously repeat myself and after all that resulted in her supervisor (didn’t get her name) calling me then hanging up on me without any call back.

Is this how customers are being treated whilst trying to sort out their issues? Is this the kind of customer service we are supposed to be dealing with?
