Staff with attitude!

I have never been disrespected by all three consultants today after my efforts of trying to get them to just debit my account I'm being Told it's impossible I should rather change my debit date ...after the date was change another one informs me that I have accumulated more charges and it's not her fault that it wasn't properly explained to me ....The staff there by multichannel know nothing about TCF soft skills and good customer service ...I asked them to no longer debit my account as the only thing they know is to talk back and being sarcastic .....I'm just waiting for them to debit me I won't leave this matter hanging
