STAFF SPEAK LIES - NO FEEDBACK IS EVER GIVEN

Pathetice service from senior staff and agents, promise to get back but do not get back to the customer. Last time when I logged complaint through hello peter a gentleman told me he will give feedback but as yet not received any feedback. Subsequent email DSTV help do not get back to customers to resolve only send email when we request for them to call they dont. Info given by staff is different and it is confusing and frustrating. Try holding on the line for a team leader or even for call to be answered how long it takes. When we send email they do not respond. Staff at DSTV speak a lot lies and do not care. If a sub is lat your service is cut off.
