staff so rude as if they own the company! ***
what useless rude staff works for DSTV - my DSTV shows R193 due on 28th and since yesterday I am not able to use stream - yesterday agent told me she cant find a profile linked to my email and now I am given a attitude when checking *** is wrong with DSTV - KAGISO MO screenshots taken of my chat on dstv stream - I would like to post them
I need answers cause your staff are just as bad as a gvt hospital
why am i not able to view dstv when payment is a week away???????????/

I am waiting on my explanation WHY IF THE PAYMENT SHOWS DUE 28TH AM I SITTING WITHOUT SERVICE AT PREESENT!! ANSWER THAT - and FYI - people skills - if you had any you try 3 times to reach a client and dont expect the idiot client to call you back after one attempt!!
