*********** staff at Facebook page

I have never in my life encountered such frustrating and *********** employees as those that man DStv's Facebook page.

Firstly they say that they are forbidden from divulging their names (why Multichoice why?), and as a result hide behind initials, to hide their utter incompetence.

I had a query where staff member "NPS" gave me a reference number to follow up with. All other details have been sorted, so only the reference number is needed

When I follow up, a totally useless and clueless "CPP" comes on board, and wants me to reconfirm all info from the start. I reluctantly confirm this - and he/she/it asks again and again, as though it is the only thing, he/she/it has to do.

This person/entity/alien form "CPP" is the epitome of unprofessionalism and has zero clue about the job they've been hired to do, and asks over and over again, for information that I have provided, but they are too lazy to read
