*********** staff and very slow on returning money that doesn’t belong to them

I have been this company’s customer for over 10 years now and I’ve never been disappointed by their service as I am this Company. I couldn’t understand how they send me an sms saying they didn’t receive payment for the past month as they normally debit but either way I then responded by paying it irrespective. To my surprise 3/4 hours later they deducted again😳. As it was weekend I then thought they’d send it back but it was a beginning of a nightmare. I called them a lady referred me to an email address with the documents they’d need and said after that it would take 7 days to refund. I’m still to be refunded after that long😳😳😳. I had a nasty conversation with one of their consultants who was so slow and clueless about what I’m expecting and later spoke to his supervisor. To cut the story short it’s almost 3 weeks since. I’m glad my contract ended,I’m never doing business again with them.
