Sport Commentators

When watching rugby for example we need to hear what the referee saying to the players wrt the calls he makes and the reasons, hence the broadcast to the public. The commentators talk a lot **** and personal views or they describe whats happening on the field which we can see for our selfs. Can’t they just keep it zipped while the referee talks? Please setup a language channel just for the referee, I doubt if any one listen to the their comments for what we can see. Please take any game and see what I’m referring to.
