Spares for Dstv Walka
I need to change the battery in my DSTV Walka as it no longer charges. I enquired about this repair at Dstv Lynnwood. I was instructed to purchase a new Walka as they (Lynnwood) does not have any spares to repair my Walka. I find it completely absurd that a company does not have spares for their own products. I love the Walka it's an amazing product. Please advise me where else I can go to get my Walka repaired?

Please be informed that we don't keep the spares to repair the DStv Walka. However, if your DStv Walka has insurance, we can exchange the device you have provided it's not a physical damage.
If your DStv Walka has no insurance, you will have to purchase a new device.
