SPAM emails from DSTV

I have cancelled my DSTV subscription and Insurance with them more than a year ago and they keep on spamming me via email, telling me my policy payment is in arears. I even got confirmation that the policy has been cancelled. I have phoned numerous times, email numerous times but they do not stop!!
