South Africa most useless Call center service

There's not a more useless call center in South Africa as Multichoice. The graveyard shift tonight is horrible. I spoke to 3 ladies namely Olwethu, Ntombekhaya, Jamaine. These ladies were ALL soo focused in the office gossip than doing their jobs.

The first 2 just dropped my call after they didn't know how to solve my problem. When I try play dstv on my laptop via the website url under my profile it shows me a message "Sorry, you can't view this channel as it is not part of your package".

Wow what a useless service.
