Sound mouthing out of sync

ENCA channel 403 has a problem with sound. The words of news reporters don't match the sound. I reported this many times and you can't get it right. Is it because its English? You have to pay upfront now before you get to watch upgrades. So you no longer can check the correct functionality of channels before you pay. What a ripoff. Can't wait to cancel
