sort yourselves out and sort out packages

I been reading multichoice complaints on h. peter. just out of curiosity? how much interest do you make keeping peoples money that need refunds? your very quick to disconnect customers. but very slow arranging refunds!! over 6000 complaints.. same answers on most replies. i.e. we are experiencing high contact volumes. or our focus is to provide a great viewing experience. SORRY!!! YOU WOULDNT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.... OR THANK YOU FOR POINTING OUR FAILINGS OUT, FEEDBACK IS EXTREMELY VALUEABLE TO US.. WHEN ARE WE GOING TO BE ABLE TO CREATE OUR OWN PACKAGES LIKE THEY CAN ON SKY AND OTHER SUPPLIERS? I watch maybe ten channels. example,,, I don't have children.(yet I have to pay for all kids channels. no religion but have to pay for all religious channels. not to mention repeat after repeat. as someone on hello peter said. you should answer to the viewers on carte blanch. but we know that WONT HAPPEN EH!!! well your losing another viewer BYE. my last month is coming up
