Something seriously wrong at Multichoice

I called in on the 31st August to have *** disconnected ,it was not .<br> <br> o Then called on 13 October & spoke to Mercy and a refund of R 754 was requested and confirmed <br> o Some time went by and heard nothing <br> o I spoke to Tanya on 02 Nov , Again nothing <br> o Then spoke to Thabang on 01 Dec who told me the request was rejected because the agent who logged it did not supply enough information .Again i had to find this out myself as quires just disappear .<br> He promised to call me at 8pm that night .I am still waiting for his call .<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
