Someone will call you in 24hours, or not!!

<p>I have been waiting for Dstv to call me back for almost 3weeks now because my subscription is cancelled and the general department can not help me or put me through to the right department. Everytime they tell me that they will call me back in 24h.. Today I heard that my case was net even escalated to the right department. For a big company I personally think that this is unexplainable!!</p> <p>Next step; try to cancel the whole thing!!</p>
