Someone is listening

<p>About a week ago (21 Nov 2016) I reported on Hellopeter a huge problem I was facing with my PVR not picking up any channels and no one being able to fix it in the call center. The very same day a lady named Dyna called me back, and said she would get a technician on it, to call and sort it out. </p> <p> </p> <p>The next afternoon she called again to find out if all went well. I informed her a technician did call me earlier that morning, apologising saying they were very busy with backlogs the night before but arranged for a time to call me that night. Dyna said she would follow up again.</p> <p>And they did indeed call that night. A gentleman by the name of Thokozani from the technical department spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me, and managed to get my decorder to receive signal and all channels are now working. He really knew his job well, as various other people could not assist. Dyna called back AGAIN the next morning to make sure all is ok, and that the matter was resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>To Dyna and Thokozani I would like to say thank you very very much. The great service from them is really appreciated.
