Some agents are born to deliver exceptional customer service

<p>One of my biggest fears is the interaction I have to make with call centre agents. Some agents are from the darkest holes of hell. They give you attitude and conclude the call with "go hang yourself" gesture. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today i interacted with Luvuyo Mthimkhulu, this gentleman is talented, patient and very professional. I have never recived such an awesome service in my life. If Multichoice is reading this, they should give him a raise. Thank you for making me trust call centre agents again. </p>
