Social Media Agents (Grade 1)

Please teach your social media agents namely (TPK) to READ TO UNDERSTAND, not just answer from your list of preferred answers. I have a very basic query but it is has still not being answered because I posed 2 very easy questions which requires nothing more than a YES or No and this is the way forward? I posed said questions - literally 2 hours ago on FB via messager (please look at the exchange). and ANSWER the 2 questions I posed. I do not have the mental capacity to fight with a doorframe ?
