So sick of muiltichoice

I really annoyed and sick with muiltichoice services, I have been mislead by different agents( Wanile, Andiswa, Voyokazi etc) it seems like all the agents don't have knowledge of what they do, it's just different stories for different agent, I've spoken to floor assistant by the name of Asiphathile and promised to be helped( to be reconnect) by the manager Kerwin and nothing has been done and when I called an hour later Kerwin shift was over, I've escalated the matter and yet no one has contacted me...muiltichoice don't care abt people feelings and service they selling to us everytime you call to enquire you being told abt reconnecting fees then later you are disconnect. I mean we rely and should trust on their services but yet nothing is in return, just attitude from agents, empty promises from managers.

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP. I'M TIRED OF THE BACK AND FOURTH NOW!!!!!!!!!
