So sick

I'm highly disappointed with Dstv. I'm a paying customer but I can't get any help, I use dstv now app to watch episodes that's I enjoy since my work keeps me busy. I can't download episode it keeps on saying I have reached my download limit. I've sopek to several agent but with no help I wa told my space is full and I have a lot of space. I was told to clear cache and data I did nothing I was told I need to Uninstaller and reinstall app still nothing lastly I was told my query has been escalated to tech dept but nothing has changed. Such companies will loss money due to inexperienced lazy agent. I rather switch to Netflix. What's worse I pay my dstv on time my acc is always on point or has credit
