So now what
<p>i logged a complaint on Hellopeter, some person decides to repsond on Hellopeter with an explanation that makes no sense, is it difficult for you to pick up the telephone an explain you extremely complex billing??? I work for 1 of the big for bank and even i dont understand what the hell you saying.</p>

We could not get hold of you today to discuss your query telephonically.
Previously, we advised that you only have one Premium package active in your DStv account. Also, you need to pay R759.00 for this viewing period – May 2016.
You have been paying your DStv account on the 20th of every month. However, the payment date for your account is on the 04th of every month not the 20th.
We can change your payment date to the 20th of every month. Please note that the pro rata balance will be added due to the change of dates. Kindly confirm if we should proceed and change your payment date.
