So long!!!! dstv

Since March 18 i had the most horrible experience with *********** agents and the worst ever accounts department , in January i received a dstv reward to upgrade my package every month i pay my account according to my statement and in March they disconnect my service DUE TO A SO CALLED RETURN ON MY PAYMENT IN DECEMBER 2021 after confirming with my bank and forwarding my pop AND BANKSTATEMENT to the accounts department I WAS JUST RUDELY TOLD TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK!!!! Numerous agents telling diffrent stories this matter remains unsolved!!!!!!! Even when you write a review they are very quiq to reply with a SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ****!!!! But the issues aren't being addressed................i will never recommended DSTV to any one i made my peace i will rather go to the streaming that ever use dstv AGIAN !
